It is important that all injured employees are returned to the workplace as soon as possible in order to minimize the severity, thereby reducing the future costs assigned to accidents.

We can assist with ensuring you have an effective Early & Safe Return to work policy and work with employees to ensure they understand their role in cooperating with this policy. Employees who return to work immediately following an injury normally return to regular duties faster. It is important that the rules of this policy are followed and communicated immediately upon their return to the workplace.

An integral part of case management is the initial investigation report, including pictures and witness reports - this is critical to prevent reoccurrences and identify whether there were any underlying conditions.

Severity rate and costs are assessed based on the initial length of time off work and medical costs, and determine future assessments. Costs should be managed immediately and we can assist with this.
